TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As a customer of Taking Dumps, you agree to load the dumpster so that the
weight is distributed evenly, not over the haulable weight, not piled over
with the sidewalls, free of prohibited items and that the dumpster doors
are properly secured for removal per manufacturer specifications. If the
container is overloaded either by weight or heaping over the top of the
sidewalls, we will have to deliver another dumpster trailer which will
incur additional dumpster fees.delivery and/or dry run fees. It will then
be YOUR responsibility to balance the loads between the two trailers. You
are also responsible for any damage while the dumpster is on your
property. The moving of the dumpster causes damage to the structure and
costs can be significant.
Your Taking Dumps trailer will be placed on a driveway or other solid
surface. Taking Dumps has final approval on the placement location. If you
request to have it placed in any other location (ex: lawn, street, alley),
Taking Dumps will not be held liable for any damages, fines, or legal
actions resulting from placement/removal of the dumpster. Taking Dumps
shall not be responsible for damage to trees, low hanging wires, gutters,
downspouts, eaves, landscaping/irrigation, etc. in our placement or
removal of the trailer.
Please be aware that if any hazardous or prohibited item is seen upon
inspection and tarping of container, it will be removed and left at the

be a hazardous waste penalty charge to properly dispose of the prohibited
material.
